Digital Inspections

Driven Automotive has teamed up with AutoServe1 to perform digital inspections on your vehicle. We feel one of the best ways to earn your confidence is by showing you what is wrong with your vehicle, not just explaining it.

While inspecting your vehicle, if anything requires attention, our technicians now can take a photo, or video of YOUR vehicle to show you the component. Once the technician is done the inspection, he sends a copy to your service advisor. Your service advisor then goes through the inspection findings and prepares a report. If a component has failed, or requires maintenance, the report explains how the system works and why it may require attention. All inspection findings, photos, and videos are attached and sent off via text, or email for you to review. Estimates are prepared for any recommended service.

All Recommendations Are Broken Down Into Three Categories:

  1. Safety/Severe: The component is badly worn and requires immediate attention. Failure to do so may impact vehicle safety, or prevent vehicle from normal operation.
  2. Recommend: Component is due for service, based on mileage, or usage, or it is showing signs of physical wear. Typically will require attention within the next three – six months.
  3. Monitor: The component is coming due for service based on mileage, or usage, or may be starting to show signs of physical wear. Typically will require attention within the next six to twelve months.

After you have viewed your report, your service advisor will contact you to discuss inspection results. If anything is recommended, he will discuss what stage it is at, and help you develop a vehicle maintenance game plan that keeps your vehicle safe while maintaining your budget.

Environmental Conscious

Environmentally Conscious Practices From the day we opened for business, taking care of our environment was one of our top priorities. We adopted “green” policies into our daily processes to reduce our environmental impact. After all, we live here too!
Whether working in the repair bays, or in the office, Driven Automotive uses the most current recycling practices while we continue to educate ourselves to ensure we remain environmentally conscious.

Environmental Processes

  • Used tires recycled
  • Oil and fluids recycled, or safely disposed of
  • Recycle all paper products
  • Reduced usage of harsh cleaning chemicals
  • Environmentally friendly cleaning equipment and products used
  • Oils and fluids purchased in bulk to reduce packaging waste
  • Automotive batteries recycled
  • Used electronic components recycled

Professional Counseling

Did you ever take you vehicle in for a small repair, only to come out with a huge estimate? Or even worse, a huge bill while not really knowing what was fixed, or how necessary it was?
At Driven Automotive we have implemented a policy, “There will be no 5 o’clock shock at our service counter.” Our clients are completely aware of what has been done to their vehicle and how much the bill is going to be before it is picked up.

How does this work?
When you bring your vehicle to Driven Automotive with a concern, we will explain what the cost will be to diagnose the problem. Before we repair the vehicle, you are advised of our findings, provided a digital inspection, and explained what the options for repair are and the associated costs. Before moving forward, you must authorize the repair. We’re not comfortable until you’re comfortable.

If your vehicle is brought in for routine repair, or maintenance, an estimate is provided to you prior to the work starting. If the estimate changes, we contact you before proceeding.
